Prices without VAT

Hello,

 

Since I installed prestashop 1.4.6.2 I've had some complaints from customers.

Well, I've received some emails from my clients telling me that they see differents prices. Sometimes they see prices including VAT and other times without VAT (it's random). When they Log in the prices are correct (with VAT) but in some cases differs when they are logged out.

This happens only with some customers and it's random.

 

I don't know what is going on. I didn't make any change...

 

I don't want to upgrade because I bought my template and I don't want to spend more money.

 

How can I solve this situation?
