Counties in registration form

Hi to all,

 

Is there a way to have a selection drop down box like country and state field, in registration form , so new customers after selecting the state can choose the county related to this state ?

 

I think this will solve a lot of trouble to shipping and county table exist in prestashop so it could be easy for someone who knows some code.
