Contact Form Subject Heading

Hi... I am new on Prestashop. I am having some issues with the standard contact form. I require to select a topic but there are no options available. It only says "Choose" but there are no options and the contact message cannot be submited. Do you know where can I add this options? Thank you very much.

Go to your: Back Office > Employees > Contacts. there you should find the "default" Webmaster and Customer Service.

 

If you want to add a new contact click Add New.
