How to edit title bar?

I need help.

 

I want to change my title bar from existing :-

 

Home I About Us I Our Stores I Delivery Index I Contact Us

 

to title from footer :-

 

Home I Special I New Products I Top Sellers I Contact Us

 

I can't find in backend system on where to change the title.
