Password retrieving problem

Hi everybody, this is my first question so be gently.

I am using 1.4.8.2 version

 

 

When my customers try to retrieve forgotten login details, an email comes containing the user email but not the new or old password.

Hi Χρήστος Κολιοπάνοσ, Your new login details E-mail address: [email protected]

Password: {passwd} Please be careful when sharing these login details with others.

 

 

 

The pass stays unchanged, i can login with old email/pass

 

can you please help me ?
