Best sellers not ordering by products sold

Hi all,

 

I have the best/top sellers block on my store, but it's just showing the products sold not the one that sold the most at the top, followed by the second, and third etc. Anyone else having the same problem or know the answer?

Same problem. Does not update at all. I have to find out which sql table it pulls data from so i can manually change it at least.

OK I think I figured this out, I don't thinks it's a problem as such just a misunderstanding. For example consider these two order;

 

Order 1

Product 1 Quantity Sold 3

Product 2 Quantity Sold 1

 

Order 2

Product 2 Quantity Sold 1

 

I was expecting to see

#1 - Product 1 - Quantity sold - 3

#2 - Product 2 - Quantity sold - 2

 

But the block will show it the other way around as it counts 1 sale per order nor matter the quantity of that product sold, e. P1 = 1 and P2 = 2.

 

Can anyone confirm this is correct?
