How to add more details to products

Good day,

I am developing a trust website where people can donate for different projects and people in need.

using the default theme.

 

How can I add more details to "products", so following fields would show up :

 

-how much money needs to be raised.

-how many people have backed it. Would be nice to have it as a link that shows the list.)

-what is the sum spent so far (how much money it has raised)

 

I am new to presta, I have done some html's etc. but at the moment don't know where to start from.
