Is there any easy way to this?

1. Enter range in backend & corresponding rent value

2. based on the range product price should be displayed in radio buttons & checkout whatever user selects

 

for example

..range 100 - 500 rent 10

if the product price is 100 den it should calculate rent percentage i.e 10rs & display rent instead of price & user should be able checkout with this amount ..................any help would be appreciated..............
