PJMteestore
Can anybody offer any suggestions to how to sort out my shipping dilemmas. I am trying to set up three shipping options... Standard at £2.40 Recorded at £3.40 Worldwide at £4.80 The standard and recorded are only available to the UK, the rest of the world covered by worldwide. I have added three carriers, set their relevant zones and price ranges but when I add an item to my cart, the standard and recorded are listed for UK addresses as they should be but the shipping cost says free! The worldwide option appears to be working fine. Where am I going wrong? I have tried most of the variations and can't get the shipping price in the UK to say anything other than free. Scotty501
Shipping can be a be tricky to get your head round but once understood - it does work very well. Without looking at the back office for your store a few questions 1) Is the shipping cost based on value or weight? 2) If weight - have you given your products weight? I am happy to take a look at your back office if that helps.
PJMteestore
I've made the shipping cost based on price ranging from £0 to £17 to cover 1 of any item in the store. Happy to receive any help you are willing to offer. Bit of a newbie so you might have to let me know the best way to allow to the back office. Scotty501
No worries - if you send me a private message (just click on my name) with the URL and login details I will have a quick look for you. I have done what you are trying to do a few times - so it should be easy to fix. Edited May 11, 2012 by Scotty501 (see edit history)
