gift coupon with unique discount code

Hello,

 

does prestashop have some kind of gift coupon system which allows the use of an unique code to get a discount?

 

I can't find something like that in the admin-interface, but maybe someone is already working on it?

 

xt:Commerce has this feature , but i really really want to move away from it.

There is a discount code/coupon feature.  In the admin panel, click on the payment tab.  Then choose "discounts".  You will see the form to create your discount codes.  Don't forget to enable vouchers (beneath that form on the same page).

 

I don't think a gift certificate feature is available yet, though.

Hi Moonpies,

I followed your instructions but "discounts" does not appear anywhere on the page of my payment tab. Am I missing something.

by the way I found a forum entry a few days ago where someone wanted to add this feature to the checkout page and someone else gave them the code to do so.
