"Page not redirecting properly" when trying to do a test purchase

Hello! I am trying to test my new shop with PayPal Sandbox accounts, and every time I enter my Name /Address information, I get the following error:

 

The page isn't redirecting properly

 

Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.

 

This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept

cookies.

 

 

The same thing is happening with Google Chrome. Does anyone know why this might be happening?
