Cart is clear after purchases

Hello,

 

I have had a number of orders for products, but they have gone over night. I have the customer details but the orders are non-existant. I have received payment etc,and a customer is concerned!

 

I am running Prestashop 1.3.

 

Any help would be appreciated.

maybe you site is taking an error when you view orders from the back office,

 

set your errors on via your config/config.inc.php

 

/* Debug only */
@ini_set('display_errors', 'on');
define('_PS_DEBUG_SQL_', true');

 

the go to your back office to display orders...post any errors for community review

Thank you for the contribution!. I have tried this. For one customer I can see a purchase in the 'Carts' section, but the 'Orders' section is clear.

 

For the other customer, there is nothing in the Carts and Orders section!!!

 

I am now really concerned - Help:(
