payment 404 error about "Liberty Reserve"

hello!

guys,

i just get a problem with my store

when customer clicked "I agree to the terms of service" and selected "pay with Liberty Reserve"

then page jump to confirm.php

and when customer click "i confirm my order"

page jump to "404 error"

the current page url is "http://www.*****.com/redirect.php?total=17&str_currency=LRUSD&order_id=30&cus_mail=********@hotmail.com"
