blk1
Hi I have been using my prestashop 1.2.5 for a couple of years and in the last month I have had two instances of overseas customers not paying shipping charges. On both occasions the order states Royal Mail First Class even though they are overseas, one in Ireland and one in the USA and no payment has been made for the shipping at all. They both paid by Sagepay. I am assuming that they are clicking on the Country as UK at the order point and then changing it once they get further down the line to pay. Would this make this happen? Has anyone got any ideas on how I can stop this before it happens again. Thanks in advance. Brenda
Guest aritali
Try testing that theory out. Also, only have one place for them to enter a shipping and a billing address. Then they cannot change it.
Aldeag
I think I read something about that in the spanish forum. Not sure if I´m able to find again. It was something about opening two or more tabs and make orders in them, to get an amount which gets free shippment. Then confirm only the item you want, even if it does not reach the minimum amount for a free shippment, you get it free, or something about... phrasespot
Possible to bypass various restrictions in 1.2, 1.3 and some versions of 1.4. Older versions of PS treats checkout as once it is started nothing can change. See for example this bug up to 1.4.5.1. Update to latest version which takes measures to prevent (to a degree) itchy fingers.
