Help please! .csv import tool works but I can't see the images...

Hi,

 

I have been trying to use the .csv import functionality in PrestaShop™ 1.4.7.0.

My files upload correctly but I can't get the images to show:

I get:

Error copying image:.../prod_img/E936_1.jpg

I also tried with:

this type of url: http://sparkel.cl/images/AYP-3/f9_1.jpg

 

Must the images be uploaded into a specific folder? how should I write the url?
