Fees by carrier, geographical zone, and ranges shows up as Tax in my cart.

 

I don't want my shipping fees to say just Tax in my cart. Is there anyway for me to change it so that my fees will say fees? If they are all on the same total, then can i get it to say Taxes and Fees?

 

You can see in the image where it says Tax, but that amount is coming from my weight based carrier shipping fee table in the admin area.

 

Where to I change that at?

This is probably a template issue. You can modify all wording in a template using translations tab. Change tax entry in translations to whatever you want it to be.
