ALCA2012
Hi I want to change language in email templates. I go to Translations-Email templates and click my flag on the right (Greek). I find Order-conf and click "Edit this email.." I make changes in language (in upper window html) and click save. BUT, The email message sent to customer has on screen the products bought line(s) OVER the titles line (Reference-Products-Unit price-Quantity-Total price). AND The Shipping line, the one with the colored background, fall at the start of next line with no background. I appreciate your help. (And... how do I change a topic to SOLVED ?) Thanks Alca
tomped
This happened to me aswell when I tried to edit the email templates (my languague is Swedish). It seems that PS adds something to the code when you press "Confirm" in backoffice (when you're done with the editing of your email templates). The solution is to manually edit the HTML-files (outside backoffice) in root -> mails -> "Your language" No problems if you have a little knowledge of HTML I think it's only order_conf that has this problem - and new_order (if you're using mailalerts). Remember to save a copy of your order_conf.html file when you're done, since it's easy to forget this issue if you perhaps wants to edit the templates again later on.
