Reverting to PS Default Theme after installing new theme

Dear All,

 

I have tried installing a theme and later found out it is not working well. Hence, I tried to revert to PS default theme. However, it seems things have gone haywire.

 

1. The shopping cart is hovering at the top menu area.

 

2. The admin area is showing at the footer area.

 

How do I reset to the default PS theme properly?

 

Btw, I'm also a little confused. Themes that are for version 1.4, do they mean they could be used in 1.4.6.2 version of PS?
