northernarb Posted January 18, 2012 Share Posted January 18, 2012 Good afternoon, I seem to have a problem with discounting products in Customers>Groups in Prestashop 1.4.2.5 When I add a discount to a new range of products it works on that new range but it sets all the others I did previously back to full price with no discount (eg: the full product price before tax) The discount I added to the previous product ranges is still set/visible in customer>groups but it is not being applied. I have tested this many times and it always deletes the discount from previous products but keeps the latest addition.
