Uploading artwork to be printed on product

Hi all,

 

I started a novelty printing business. What i do is print images on mugs, t-shirts, mouse pads etc. What i would like to simplify is the inclusion of artwork with a order.

 

So a client logs onto the website, orders a mug and uploads the artwork to be printed on the mug as well as two lines of text.

 

How do i get that artwork and image via email or a simpler method to me with the order. At the moment i must log into the backend office and then go into the order and manually download the artwork.

 

Any easier or simpler way to do this ?

Hello!

 

You will need to edit the file processing the order and the mail file. The easiest would be if the text and image would be sent as attachments of the 'new order' email.

Yes that would be perfect ! Is there a module available for this ? Or do i have to do it by hand if if i do how do i do it ? I knew when i had Magento installed there was a option to include all attachments with the order
