I was in the past, but for some reason it seems to have stopped working. -I get no error even with error viewing enabled in config.inc.php. -It says "upload successful" but the image is not there. -I've tried with a really tiny (25x25) test image, so it's not size or resolution -Entire directory and all files set to 777 permissions -memory_limit in php.ini set to 100 I'd love to just give someone a login and ftp and see if they can solve it. wayne Posted January 10, 2012 Share Posted January 10, 2012 Contact the hosting company you are using they will be able to help you with the settings. or if you are using FileZilla as your FTP client program, make sure you have the latest version. It more options for changing your permissions. Your Hosting company should be able to walk you through that as well. note: Also, go to the "how to upgrade Presta shop" page and look for the correct permissions list Cheers! If you did, please be kind and post it here because I have the same issue and after a few hours of trying and trying, I have no idea what can I do.
