Help Others Integrate Fancybox Elemene And Effects

I pulled the code to embed in the Fancybox header with it I got that if you click on "Solve all your questions in our CHAT ONLINE" (pictured right block) appreciate that opens the information window with effect Fancybox.

 

The thing is that it is poorly executed, that is, as Prestashop uses this effect I would like to know how I can get ALL integrate this into my web pages so we can remove the code that I put you BELIEVE affects something else as that send the products to Google Shoppingme getting caught with a black border:
