Problem with client ID on record

Hello all,

 

After a long time in real mode with the store I realized that there is an error something"serious", and that if any customer registers from here:

 

http://www.eluniversodelperro.com/autenticacion

 

to enter all the data (ID included) you can see that we get this error:

 

Fatal error (Address -> dni is empty)

 

However, although this error the customer registers perfectly.

 

This may not be the problem, I have it cache enabled.

 

Any ideas?
