BONHEURCOLIBRI Posted December 26, 2011 Share Posted December 26, 2011 Hello, We are at version 1.3.3.0 and we find the following problem in our admin: when an order was placed by a customer who uses a computer whose language is different from the 'French', Prestashop has errors in the display of the customer's order. Indeed, the photo of product purchased by the customer matches the product but the title of another product from the store (usually in the same class) will appear in the order. Example: the customer buys the box Dragobert (according to the basket). In our order, we see the picture of the product 'Dragobert' but the product title given is 'Koko Moon'. it is always products in the same category! Very dangerous in the preparation of order! Also, if you click on the title of the wrong product displayed, you fall on the correct ordered!? Of course, the details of the Paypal receipt and confirmations automatically sent to the customer include these errors! Example: A woman ordered a doll and 3 outfits yesterday and she received an order's confirmation of 4 times the 'doll Mareike'! When sha saw that after the payment, she was afraid ! Again, this lady told me that his computer is in English!? Our research and after phone calls with customers, we find that these people always use a foreign language in their computer with a different language from French !!???? We are located in Belgium and many customers are Dutch, which seems also to cause this trouble! Does anyone have an idea to help us solve this problem?
