rturner Posted December 24, 2011 Share Posted December 24, 2011 I'm working on my third store, this time with PS 1.4.5.1. I use Fedex and USPS shipping calculations based on weight in all my stores with my accounts, api, etc. and it all works fine in the first two stores. I checked and I have weights added to all of the products, usually .3 or .5 lb. In this one, shipping is calculated and adds to a test customer's cart okay, based on whether he chooses Priority Mail, Fedex Ground, etc. But on Step 4 of the cart, where you choose the shipping method, the prices of each choice are absent and it just says (tax excl.) under Prices. Once you choose a method, it adds to the cart correctly, but you cannot see what each method costs unless you choose one and then go back into your cart to see what it added. I've been comparing every step of my configuration options between a store that works and this one and so far they all seem configured the same. So I'm thinking maybe in a cart or shipping template file, listing the amount is turned off some how. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

When one changes a text or background color, it might be good practice to make sure that the text and background color aren't identical before one uploads the css file. Or that changing one text to white on a grey background might cause it to turn invisible when it gets called on a white background. It took me just about a day to figure out that the shipping prices weren't showing up in the cart because the cart was white and the shipping price text was also white. I marked it solved. Grrrrr.
