No order return statues after upgrade to 1.4.6.2

Hi,

 

I am refining a production environment and it seems something has gone wrong.

 

I was upgrading from a 1.4 installation (cannot remember exactly the specific one, I could check if needed) to latest 1.4.6.2. Everything seem to work perfectly (in fact, no data is yet present, no orders, no messages... only catalog data and some static cms content).

 

The problem is that it seems content of order return statuses are gone (BO shows no results on that table), and ps_order_return_state and lang tables are in fact empty.

 

Am I missing something trivial here? Can I change, actually add, them somehow without manually editing the DB?

 

If not, I assume I will have to populate them manually, may I do so? Can I break something?

 

In other shops that I have installed, as demos directly installing 1.4.6.2 the values are present. It also seems that in these installations BO does not allow change return status entries in contrast of order statues.
