Prestashop and Moneybookers 'preferential rates'

I want to bring to the attention of Prestashop users who uses Moneybookers as a payment option on their site. If your MB account was set up pre March 21st 2011 you may be paying a higher % and per transaction fee than the preferential rates you should get with your Prestashop.

I just brought up the issue with Moneybookers and they are stating that you have to contact them to get the preferential rates applied, the rates pre March 21st 2011 will remain until the user contacts them and requests the preferential rate.
