eyashop Posted December 11, 2011 Share Posted December 11, 2011 Hi all, Anyone has the PDF error? And how to fix this.. When I check My orders (history.php) and klick on an oder I've ordered. And klicking on PDF it doeas appear an error like this: FPDF error: Alpha channel not supported: /home/SITE/public_html/SHOP/img//logo.jpg Please help Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
bighenry Posted December 29, 2011 Share Posted December 29, 2011 What I have done to resolve this is: In Back Office go to Preferences/Appearance and then upload a logo without a transparent background to where it says 'Invoice logo' Hope this helps.
