Search and categorizing

Hi,

 

I'm configuring my first prestashop,

I've started uploading both category and product .csv files.

 

I'd like to know how what the most efficient way is to organize the products in there correct category.

I understand that I can assign that in the .csv but when working with a large number of distinct .csv file layouts this is very difficult and sometimes not possible.

 

could some one help me out?
