Permenant Links Block misaligned

Hi i was wondering if someone can help me. I have been altering the prestashop default theme and for some reason the permenant links block has moved and is under the currency section when it should be to the right of it. Could someone advise me how i can put this block on the right side where it was before.

I have checked the header.tpl and the style sheets - global.css and the permenant link block module css style sheet as well.

There is no permanent links block showing in your shop. Enable it and post again.
