[resolved] Back Office > Tools > Translations E-mail template translations problem

Server software version: Apache/2.2.3 (CentOS)

PHP version: 5.3.8

MySQL version: 5.0.77

 

I need to change one of the Core emails the (template).html all display as if the page does not exist.

 

 

I then click 'edit this mail template' and I see:

 

 

 

When I click 'update and stay' the page gets re-directed to the front office, 404 error, and looks just like the original .html display in the first image.

 

I will change the email via dw and ftp up, but it sure would be nice if this worked. And honestly this is the first problem (other than my own lack of understanding) of this great product.

 

Thank you in advance for any help or suggestions on how to make the email html work.

Resolved by replacing the AdminTranslations.php with a new copy. I have no idea how the original copy was bad. Sorry can't offer an exact explanation.
