combinations dropdown list not showing

Hi guys,

 

I'm using prestashop with the design furniture theme, but since yesterday my combinations are playing up.

 

They all set in 'Attributes and Groups', but when i go to the product's 'combinations' tab, they're not showing in the drop down...

 

 

It was working fine until we switched to the Design Furniture theme, but whether that is the reason, I have no idea. I've since created a new group set with attributes and they're doing the same thing.

 

I've tried to find a similar problem in past thread but with no luck, If anybody has any ideas I'd be grateful.

Hi, I have the same problem! Although it was my whole attribute group not even there under the combination drop down list. It happened after I install a new purchased theme the old attribute groups I added were still there, the ones I tried to add later is not appearing under the combination. I have no idea how to make it work!

Hi Dave,

 

I got an answer from the tech support about my issue, all I need to do is to go to the "product combination generator" shows on top of the combination tab under the product, and somehow delete the the old combination, and there you will see the newly added attributes and group in the drop down.

 

I guess it's something you'll have to do after installing a new theme. Hope that works for you!
