Help me with the Moon theme

I have installed the Moon free template onto TWO different prestashop sites. The first time I used it is at this url:

There I got it working just fine. Now, on my own site, I cannot get it to work properly and I can't remember exactly what I did to the first one.

 

i need help advice here:

Does anyone know why it's not cooperating on my itswigs.com site?

This address returns a 404, domain answers OK.

 

You have an internal server error, and multiple JS files are missing. First check server error logs for more clues on the 500 error. Then make sure you transferred all files correctly to the server. Finally, check to make sure your theme is compatible with your PS version.
