How to make user document for prestashop themes

hi, I am web designer of prestashop . I have got some trouble on making document for prestashop theme. My themes is compatible in 5 language english, spanish, german, italian, french.. Here, I am not familar with spanish, german, italian, french language. So, I make document through google translate .

 

To post my theme into prestashop, I need to make fine document in every language. I did with google translate but prestashop administrator had decline my theme once again. I do not know what to do and how to solve this issue. Do anybody have sample document . So that, I can got some idea. Here, I have included document in pdf and text. If you can find any mistake please send message on this forum topic.

Your suggestion and advice is most wanted.
