sml12 Posted November 27, 2011 Share Posted November 27, 2011 I uploaded the svn files and changed admin-dev to admin and install-dev to install. I updated a few permissions. Started the installer in a web browser ... with http://xxxxx/install The install page started. During the system compatibility check, there were no results presented. The face at the top was smiley and the NEXT button was green but nothing happened when clicking NEXT. Any suggestions please Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
sml12 Posted November 27, 2011 Author Share Posted November 27, 2011 Solved .. solution .. go to cpanel on webhost look for 'error report' page check errors there were reports of files with incorrect permissions (even after following the 1.4 install guide for permissions) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
