Cache file reach limit in server

Hi i am using 1.4.4.1. I got an msg from my hosting server for the third time saying that my cache folder has reached the limit. They have cleared the directory but it reach the max limit again. Please let me know what i can do for this. THanks

 

"This is the third time your account reached maxdirsize limit. I suggest you to please take necessary action from your end to prevent this issue from happening in the future or else we will be forced to suspend your account. "

 

This is my settings:

4.1. Disable that FileSystem Cache and remove cache/cachefs folder. I recommend that to all my clients. There are a lot of posts in this forum about this issue.

 

I also would recommend you to disable the CCC - even if it boost the performance it's too small. In some cases the performance is even worse.
