goodboy88
I'm planning to upgrade my website from v1.4.5 to v1.5 in future. I was planning to integrate life chat software to my website. Which software is the best LiveZilla or Comm100? Besides, i hope it can support Android so that my employee can chat using handphone. In the mean time i would like to have a support email ticket. I have an email address and i want the only email address to be use by all my employee. For example: when my customer send an email using only sole email address like [email protected] then all my employees can receive the email and answer the email. The problem is does comm100 or livezilla have this features? I prefer free software and can integrate it into prestashop. If you have anyother software you can introduce it to me. Please advice me. Jorge Vargas
I like comm100, it's free and you can use this in your android mobile and others. Only you paste the code in the livezilla module.

For livechat, try zopim or olark. They are webbased tools and integrate with your IM client, so just having gtalk on the phone is enough to stay connected. Stay away from other outdated software which wastes time waiting for a window to open. These are old user interfaces and dont work too well in today's time. Not to mention their client/server architecture, also outdated in today's web based world. Livezilla for example needs windows to run the client. For ticket system, try osticket. Its free and open source. You can try osticket to automatically convert emails to an email address into a ticket automatically and all your staff will receive copies too. Its a lot customisable. There are other paid alternatives for ticketing of course. All of them are free and excellent software. Zopim and olark has modules for prestashop(free) and osticket is usually available as a script through cpanel. Just checked out 'livechat' software, they look good too. You can give it a shot. Similar interface like zopim and olark. Not sure if they have a basic free plan though.
