Showing the message while purchasing

Hi

 

We are using prestashop 1.3.1 , while purchasing some items which are heavier (For eg : more than 150 lbs ) we dont want to allow the customer to purchase it, instead will show a message to the customer Please call us for details, after checking out from the cart.

 

Please help or suggest some ways to accomplish this.

 

our idea is the over weight items (more than 150 lbs) will not purchase from the store, will get the details from the shop owner, how to proceed.
