I am making shop for football shirts, and dont know how to set user would select if he wants NAme and Number, and if he select yes then there would be a field where he could enter name and Number. grgo69 Posted November 14, 2011 Author Share Posted November 14, 2011 Hy, I have figured out that already, but I would like there to be option button like Yes and No, and then beside Yes there would be text field for name and number, ad that would also add some cost to overall price.
