Hiding tiers of blockcategory module

I'd like to hide the categories that product/category is not in.. for example..

 

If in category 'cat 2' you would only see...

 

cat 2

sub 2a

sub 2b

sub 2c

 

...If in 'sub 3b' you would only see

 

cat 3

sub 3a

sub 3b

sub 3c
