differnet member: private, reseller and club how to made registartion form?

I have to asked if is possible to do this:

 

I'm creating a car and motorbke components and I need to have 3 different client type:

- private;

- reseller

- club

 

How can I insert a control for the vat id in the registration?

There is a module that do so or there is some other method
