BillyHardcore Posted November 3, 2011 Share Posted November 3, 2011 Hello Prestashoppers, I have an issue which I see other people has had as well, although I could not find adequate help for the issue, hence my opening a new thread on the subject.. I am running PS1.4.25 with an ePay module for payment. I have enabled the mailalerts module v2.2. As admin I get a transaction email from the epay module, telling me the CC transaction has been processed (or not). I also receieve an email from the mailalerts module, telling me the specifics of the customers order. However, the customer does not receieve an order confirmation, and neither a new e-mail when the status is updated to "Sent". Furthermore, the customer does receieve an email, if I choose to cancel the order. Additional info, I am running with stock options enabled. Best Regards, Billy.
