some questiones need help

hi I'm new in PrestaShop, now using 1.4.5.1 and looking forward to build some new features.. really get confused. here are some questions need help.

 

1. where is the definition of such as 'PRODUCT_COMMENTS_MODERATE'

 

2. I am looking forward to build some new features. Where is the insert function of the module product comments?

 

3. How can we view the product comments in admin? after validate any comment, it will gone and I find nowhere that can view the validated one...
