Footer and Right Column not displaying

Hello all

 

I've just updated my store to version 1.4.5.1 and I use the Prestashop default template but for some reason the footer and the right column are not displaying on any pages and i can't figure out why?

It looks like the files not calling on the footer.tpl but I can't find where it calls it from.

I compared the index.php files and tpl etc but can't fina any differences so really no idea where to look?

 

Hope aomeone can help as this is driving me crazy now. I have the store offline until this is resolved as i don't want customer seeing the ste in it's current state.
