Guest / Instant checkout not displaying phone number field which is required.

Hi there,

Using two different versions of 1.4.5.1 and tested with the new prestashop_new theme and also a third party theme.

Using the standard 5 step checkout method:

Checking out as a guest or what is sometimes called instant checkout fails and you get this message:

"You must register at least one phone number"

 

Trouble is there is no phone number field on this checkout page!

The field is there if you create an account or use the single checkout page.

 

How can I either get this field to show or turn off the requirement?

Managed to sort it now, incase you have the same problem or similar with other fields:

I had to add phone to the address format under shipping>Countries>

 

Easy fix thankfully.
