Wholesale webshop

I want to make an wholesaleshop on the net and I think these conditions must be fullfilled:

 

1: It is OK visitors can see the goods, but not the prices

2: Only visitors approved by admin is able to login as customer

3. payment is not necessary when ordering, because we accept 15 days delay with payment.

 

Is that possible with Prestashop?

And if so: How do I do it ?

 

Is there any other webshop solutions better suitable for this job ?

1 & 2 are not supported by default, but you can create a Modules/MODs for that, or hire someone to do it for you. 3 depends on the payment method "cheque" and "wire transfer" can be used with that delay.
