Tiggy
My store keeps labelling items as out of stock in the front store however they are marked as in stock with figures etc and active in the back office? If we click the item on the store front that says out of stock it does actually let you select the item and check it out but it looks misleading. In the back office the items are enabled and under options marked as available to order. I also tried duplicating the product but that hasn't work either. Can anyone shed any light on how to fix this please? Many thanks. P.s we are on 1.4.4.1if thats any help. Tiggy
Yes of course, Here is one example; http://www.milliesnappies.co.uk/category.php?id_category=183 can you see the top item the washy wafers? They are actually in stock, if you click view it will actually let you go through properly. Same has happened with the first butterfly nappy here; http://www.milliesnappies.co.uk/category.php?id_category=119. Thanks 8)
OC2PS
The reason for this seems to be that the default option is out of stock. (e.g. Bahama Coconut in case of Washy Wafers) When showing stock on a category (and other product listing pages) PS should really add up the stock quantity of all options to show stock status.... Tiggy
Thanks, i've tried changing default catergory and that didn't work so i deleted all the out of stock options and this seems to have fixed it. Is there another way round this though because if this is the case everytime i sell out of a product i'm going to have to go and manually change it which is going to be a pain. It didn't do this on the version previous to this.
OC2PS
If you just remove stock status from product listing pages, that may work. On the product page, they can see stocks of different options, but why show stock status when they haven't even read about the product?
