hurray
I recently enabled SSL on my site. I also have a Facebook's I like block module installed on the left-hand column. Now when I try to check an item out and view my cart, I get a security warning message: Security Warning Do you want to view only the webpage content that was delivered securely? This webpages contains content that will not be delivered using a secure https connection, which could compromise the security of the entire webpage. As a temporary fix, I have disabled this module so that my customers do not panic thinking they are shopping in an unsecured website. But this Facebook's module is really good and I would like to install it back. Can anyone suggest me what I could do so that both the SSL and his module could work together? Thank in advance. Thank in advance. had that too with IE7 and IE8. if you are able to program and willing to change code then use chrome or firefox to inspect the facebook button and the open the respective module/template/tpl file (sorry, do not remember. my media agency did this for me) and hardcode the facebook link to read https:// instead of just http://. worked for me. the module I used and actually still use is programmed not well as it does not change the link to a secure one when SSL enabled.
