Ianh
Hi there I'm currently in the process of changing some of the colours in the default theme. I've successfully changed some of the png files, but I don't understand how to change the colour of the 'add to cart' button. Your help would be much appreciated. Cheers Ian
Ianh
What I'd like to do is change the colour of the green 'add to cart' buttons in cart block (?)
ysco
Hello Ianh, You have to make another set off buttons in the color you like. Just look here and download a nice set off buttons: http://www.graphicmania.net/150-free-psd-buttons-for-every-day-use/ If you open on your computer the prestashop template and then the image folder then you see there the default green prestashop buttons. Just make it the same with photoshop and fireworks and copy the new set off buttons to you server in your themefolder and then img folder. It is not just a simple css color change but a restyle off your button is necessary. Regards, ysco..
Ianh
Thanks ysco. I thought those buttons were built into the cartblock somehow. Must be mistaken, lol. Thanks for the advice.
ysco
Hello Ianh. You have a bunch off buttons that are assigned with some css code in global.css. So you have buttons like small, large, exclusive and so on, it could be that when you change the green button from cart block that the green buttons on home products page ( they are also green in the default template ) that they also will be changed if they are assigned to the same as cartblock. I do not use the default presta theme but you can play with the buttons and see what is getting changed. By playing you learn the best Regards, ysco..
