agelessamber Posted September 14, 2011 Share Posted September 14, 2011 Good afternoon I have recently set up a new store and initially sold to UK and Europe. I have now enabled Worldwide shipping. So now I question myself. I am new to ecommerce and am not VAT registered. New business so way under the VAT threshold. 1. Should I remove the text in the cart 'Tax is included'. As I am not VAT registered I do not charge VAT - is this correct? 2. If this is the case then when I ship outside EU then I do not have to remove 20% which would be the VAT? Sorry I am scratching my head as in unfamiliar territory. Can someone please help me out here. I look forward to replies. Kind regards and thanks in advance.
